This notice is an abreviated version of the full license document (which supercedes this document) supplied to licensed users of Maresware. This document, where applicable is to be considered as covering and pertaining to all software obtained from Mares and Company, whether it be the free, shareware, or licensed versions of the software.

The 16-bit versions of the software are no longer supported in any way.

By obtaining and using the Maresware Software you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to all of the terms of this agreement, do not attempt to use the software. LICENSED users are also bound by the license document provided when the licensed software is delivered to them. If a user was not provided such a document, (or you have downloaded the free/shareware versions and don't have a copy) you can request a copy at any time for their records.

You assume responsibility for the selection of the Software to achieve your intended results and for the proper installation, and use of the Software. Mares and Company, LLC, does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements, or that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects in the Software will be corrected. Mares and Company, LLC, does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the Software or its Documentation in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. The entire risk as to the use, quality and performance of the Software is with you.

Mares and Company assumes no responsibility or liability for any problems caused by the use of the software, including but not limited to data destruction, alteration of data or other unforseen or unintended consequences. In other words, use at your own risk.

Users assume all responsibility for the use of any of the Maresware software (whichever version, (licensed or free) it is). Users agree that Mares and Company assumes no liability for the actions, use or missuse of the software by a user.
